Decision of Council of Ministers on Establishment of Konya Technology Development Zone is published in Turkish Offical Gazette dated 24 June 2014. Konya Technology Development Zone is operated by managing company named Innopark Konya Technology Development Zone Management Inc. and INNOPARK is registered brand of the company. Innopark Inc. is professional organisation that provides cooperations, sources and opportunities to R&D, software or technologic production entrepreneurs located in the zone.
Partners of Innoark Inc. are Konya Chamber of Industry, Konya Organized Industrial Zone, Konya Metropolitan Municipality, Konya Commodity Exchange, Konya Chamber of Commerce, Selçuk University, Necmettin Erbakan University, Konya Technical University Aksaray University, TOBB Economy and Technolgy University, KTO Karatay University, Konya Food and Agriculture University and industrial firms in Konya.
Konya Technology Development Zone is located on a land of approximately 122,000 m2, including the Konya Regional Innovation Center building, located within the borders of Konya Organized Industrial Zone. Innopark has an 89% occupancy rate with 80 companies. The total turnover of these companies reached 708 Million 388 Thousand TL, and their exports reached 2 Million 114 Thousand Dollars. 152 patent applications have been made, 35 of which are international, and the number of products developed is 320. The number of ongoing projects is 134 and the number of completed projects is 290.
Innopark is one of the very few technology focused manufacturing based technology development zones in Turkey. The purpose of establishment of InnoPark is “Being technological manufacturing based technology development zone”. On this purpose, InnoPark is giving professional services and opportunities to entrepreneurs in mass production of hi-tech prodıcts developed within TDZ's. InnoPark gives not only offices, test areas or manufacturing areas to R&D and Software organizations which want to make mass production on tecknological products but also giving them building areas with build-operate-transfer system. InnoPark is located in Organized Industrial Zone and all facilities in InnoPark area such as electricity, water, natural gas,wastewater and drainage are ready for manufacturers.
The main service of InnoPark providing open and closed areas to R&D organizations, software organizations and technological product manufacturers but InnoPark also provides support services such as electricity, water, natural gas, internet access, interphone system, cleaning, security, heating, food, employee transportation services and hall rent for congress, symposhium, exhibiton.
InnoPark provides support services such as commercialization, technology marketing, intellectual and industrial property rights management, consultancy, education, laboratory, clustering and consultancy for reaching to financial sources.

Also software development companies have exemption about value added tax, academicians who work in technology development area and R&D employees have exemption about witholding tax and stamp tax.
